Senior planner Sandra Robles asked the commission "to continue item P.C. 25-0001 to the January 21 meeting to allow additional time for staff to review and confer." The chair opened the hearing, asked whether anyone in the audience wished to speak (none were present or signed up), and the commission moved and seconded a continuance. The chair instructed staff to re-advertise and re-notice the hearing when the new date is set.
Commissioners discussed that this would be the third continuance for the item and expressed a preference to set a specific future date to provide clarity for the applicant and the public. The continuance was approved without recorded opposition and the item will return to the commission after further staff review.
