Council also approved a lease agreement with Snacks SB LLC doing business as 985 Coffee for the John Longville Train Depot. The 15‑year lease includes a 13‑year extension option and sets the first‑year rent at $1,500. The motion to approve was moved and seconded on the consent calendar and passed unanimously.
