Inglewood council approves lease revenue bonds for main library and passes consent items

The Inglewood City Council approved issuance of lease revenue bonds to complete the renovation and seismic retrofit of the Inglewood Main Library. Following the library item, the council approved the consent calendar (items 2–6) and specific administrative actions. Council approved a revised termination and disposition and development agreement with 317 La Brea LLC, including return of the developer’s good-faith deposit. The council also authorized a blanket purchase order with PACE News for $100,000 for publication of official notices and adopted a resolution calling a general municipal election for June 2, 2026.
