By roll call, trustees approved disbursement resolution number 2020-5-16D in the amount of $12,322,005.13. The consent agenda also included a community development block grant subrecipient agreement with Cook County for program year 2025 totaling $347,400 to be used for sanitary sewer rehabilitation and an award to Intrado Life and Safety Inc. for emergency call-handling software and maintenance for a five-year period not to exceed $651,095.58.
Other approvals on the consent agenda included: AECOM Technical Services for an engineering study of pumps and motors at the Harker pump station (not to exceed $93,600); Christopher M. Burke Engineering, Ltd. for construction engineering services for a stormwater improvement project for CHSD 218 (not to exceed $1,402,850); multiple change orders for the Oak Lawn Regional Water System (aggregate amounts reported at $774,458.49 and $146,988.61 for separate packages), and the purchase of a Ford F-350 for the Oak Lawn Fire Department from Napleton Ford not to exceed $65,810.70 plus specialized components from Iconic Elements, Inc., for an overall vehicle cost not to exceed $83,922.70. The board also ratified a contractor request to extend a Joint Public Works facility date from Sept. 30, 2025, to Oct. 20, 2025.
Clerk roll calls recorded unanimous votes among the trustees present for these agenda items. No individual trustee speeches opposing these measures were recorded in the public portion of the meeting.
