Trustee Metrasco moved to adopt Resolution 2025‑R‑133 and Trustee Beachen seconded; the roll-call vote was recorded as 'Yes' from each trustee present and the resolution was approved. A speaker at the meeting said Maltez would officially start Dec. 30.
