Burke Engineering for the West Burdett Sanitary Improvements Project; issuance of notice of award and authorization to execute construction contracts for the West Burdett sanitary-sewer project; authorization to repair a turbo blower at the wastewater treatment plant; adoption of second-quarter fiscal‑year 2025–26 budget amendments; approval of a GIS consortium service-provider contract; and approval of the 2026 summer seasonal pay plan. The agenda also included pay requests: Pay Request No. 2 to Builders Paving for the 2025 MFT road program (not to exceed $1,755,423.96) and Pay Request No. 1 to Miller Pipeline LLC for DCEO sidewalk removal and replacement (not to exceed $300,000).
Trustee Schmidt moved to approve the consent agenda; Trustee Light seconded. The clerk called the roll and each listed trustee voted "Yes," and the mayor declared the consent agenda approved.
