Council approves final plat to subdivide five lots into eight in north Roswell

Councilors asked procedural and design questions about setbacks and right-of-way; staff explained variances were handled by Planning and Zoning and that there is approximately 16 feet of right-of-way between the back of curb and property line in that area.
