Committees recommend High Road design award and MSA real estate contract; Well 5 rehab bid tabled

MSA of Madison submitted a $70,000 proposal within the project’s larger $500,000 budget; the committee moved to recommend awarding the real estate acquisition services contract to MSA.
On Well #5 rehabilitation, staff reported bids had been opened but asked the committee to table the award to the October 27 Public Works meeting to allow time to finalize the bid tabulation and consultant memo; the committee voted to table the item.
Next steps: staff will include the recommended contract awards in packets to be forwarded to common council/finance as appropriate and will return the Well #5 rehab award for recommendation on October 27.
