The Madison Plan Commission voted Dec. 15 to approve an alteration to the plan development general development plan and specific implementation plan (PDGDP SIP) at 203–215 North Blount Street and 710–712 East Dayton Street. The project replaces an approved 8-unit building with a 3-story, 40-foot, 16-unit apartment building, allows engineered wood siding in place of previously required wood siding on an adjacent structure, and retroactively approves a conversion at 209/211 North Bond Street.
