A member of the public asked about Swan Lake restroom and Great Western Shelter House projects; staff clarified those items are pass‑through grant transfers. After closing the hearing at 9:31 a.m., a supervisor moved to approve an appropriation resolution adopting the amendment. The clerk called roll: Anderson, Hausman, Johnson, Meiners and McCray all voted yes and the motion carried.
The board resumed its department budget reviews after the vote.
