Carroll County officials considered and approved the Greene County portion of the Nov. 4, 2025 Ralston School District second-tier/campus election, accepting the small number of votes cast in the part of Ralston that lies in Greene County.
Speaker 4 reported Greene County recorded one vote for Brandon Squibb and one write-in vote for Heidi Ball. After combining those returns with the Carroll County counts, Speaker 4 said the tabulation showed Tyler Rohrbeck with 253 votes, Brandon Squibb with 253 votes, and Heidi Ball (a write-in) with 171 votes; Speaker 4 stated those three are the winners. Speaker 4 moved to approve the accounting of Greene County votes; Speaker 1 seconded and the chair declared the motion carried.
The transcript records the certification conversation and the officials’ verbal approvals; it does not include a detailed roll-call vote tally or the full canvass paperwork in the record. The manual ballot count was separately noted elsewhere in the meeting as matching the electronic count for the certification process.
