Adelanto school board affirms disciplinary panel recommendations for three students, sets probation conditions

For student ID 350860, the board approved the administrative panel’s recommendation to expel, with enforcement of the expulsion suspended for the remainder of the 2025–26 school year contingent on enrollment in HOPE Scholars by Oct. 28, 2025, and completion of a rehabilitation plan. During the period of expulsion, the student must maintain satisfactory grades and attendance, attend anger-management classes and individual counseling, and provide evidence of substantial behavioral change as verified by appropriate authorities.
The board also approved the recommendation for student ID 351090 to expel for the remainder of the 2025–26 school year; the decision included conditions for re-evaluation of appropriate placement and required verifiable evidence of rehabilitation before consideration of return. Trustees recorded unanimous yes votes on these panel approvals.
The board additionally reported that it approved superintendent goals for the 2025–26 school year during closed session. No further details about the superintendent goals were read into the public record beyond the board’s approval.
