Resolutions passed included a one-time employment bonus for the cityfire administrator (Resolution 2025-15 R), the bylaws for the Social Services Commission (2025-16 R) and for the Parks and Recreation Commission (2025-17 R). Each of those measures passed by roll call; the meeting recorded a unanimous outcome on those votes.
Council authorized a one-year contract with SwimSafe Pool Management Inc. to operate the city pool for the 2026 season (Resolution 2025-18 R).…
