Key approvals included: the appointment of Michael Gargio to the Zoning Board to fill an unexpired term through Jan. 14, 2028 (Resolution 2025‑R255); reimbursement and refund authorizations; purchases of IT equipment and supplies ($35,742.63 for CDW‑procured technology) and an HP printer for the tax assessor’s office ($3,659.06); professional service agreements for architectural work on locker‑room upgrades ($31,250 to Speasel Architectural Group, Inc.) and land surveying ($120,000 to GeoTREC Environmental & Surveying LLC); and park equipment purchases (16 picnic tables for $25,624.30).
The consent package also included procurement of police and code enforcement vehicles and emergency equipment, a partial reimbursement for the Princeton Junction Train Station redevelopment project, and a developer’s agreement with Chick‑fil‑A, Inc. The council approved a $1,000,000 increase to the Greenacres project funding, bringing the total Greenacres allocation to $10,225,000 as described in resolution 2025‑R268.
All motions on the ordinance and the consent agenda were moved, seconded and adopted by recorded roll call with each listed council member voting in favor.
