Cooke County commissioners approve consent agenda, treasurer report, Rock Creek final plat and property sale

At its regular session, the Cooke County Commissioners Court approved several routine items and motions by unanimous voice vote.
The court approved the consent agenda, which includes routine noncontroversial items and a contract labeled H9 identified in discussion as an online training agreement for the sheriff and EMS. Commissioner Sikkin moved the consent agenda and Commissioner Art seconded; the motion carried by voice vote.
The court also approved the treasurer's monthly report for Oct. 25 after a recorded motion and second; the motion carried 3-0.
The final plat for Rock Creek West Phase 2 was presented with paperwork in order and checks in hand; Commissioner Hallowell moved for approval, Commissioner Arnold seconded, and the court voted to approve the plat 3-0.
Following a short executive session, the court returned to regular session and approved the sale of county property on '82 and ratified the judge's signature for the contract; the motion (moved by Commissioner Arndt, seconded by Commissioner Seeking) carried 3-0.
Each of the above motions passed by unanimous voice vote; the court then adjourned.
