The court voted to approve license/lease agreements with Langdon Shoop of Paisley Properties to allow county use of Hatfields Hideout for the ATV trail system.
Personnel items acknowledged by the court included the hiring of Kendall Ryan (solid waste), the resignation of Cody Thornsberry (effective Dec. 5, 2025), the reassignment of Greg Blankenship to solid waste scale operator trainee (effective Dec. 28, 2025), and the hiring of Donette Collier in solid waste customer service (effective Dec. 28, 2025). Those items were presented as acknowledgements rather than separate contested votes.
