TNR group seeks county match to unlock up to $10,000 in foundation funds

"Year to date, Cape and TNR has altered 707 cats with 468 of them living in Hampshire County," she said.
O'Hagan said the group has received prior grants from the 2 Mods Foundation and that the foundation will provide additional funds up to $10,000 if local governments show commitment. Commissioner Mance proposed a $5,000 county contribution and offered to draft a letter of recommendation for Morgan County to seek a matching contribution; commissioners instructed the clerk to work with the group to collect additional information before a formal decision.
