Pichar also said the 24–25 audit field work is nearly complete and that the audit recap of balances will affect decisions about depositing funds into maintenance and capital reserves as the district prepares its 26–27 budget. She told the board auditors inquired about three purchase orders from the prior year and the aggregated amounts that exceeded bidding thresholds.
The board did not take an immediate purchasing vote on the record during the public session; Pichar said the audit will be presented to the board at the January meeting.
