Taylor' — presenters cautioned the board that the ruling may be appealed and advised districts to consult counsel. Committee members said the district has already posted curriculum materials online to make classroom content accessible to parents.
Board members characterized the proposed policy as an attempt to make complaints and review processes more transparent to parents while acknowledging legal uncertainty. The policy will return for additional readings as required by the board’s rules.
