Mrs. March directed board members to the purchase order encumbrance report and vendor activity details for vendors paid $5,000 or more in October. A board member raised that reconciliation reports and bank statements from the primary school had not been received since July; Mrs. March said she would follow up and facilitate those documents.
The board moved to accept the financial report by motion and show-of-hands vote. Members thanked finance staff and asked staff to continue to provide monthly detail and to follow up on outstanding reconciliation items.
