The Mt. Healthy City Council recorded two formal actions during the public portion of the meeting.
Minutes: The council adopted the Aug. 20 meeting minutes after a motion by Mister Young and a second from Miss Bridal; the chair announced the motion carried on a voice vote.
Executive session: A motion to move into executive session under the Ohio Revised Code to discuss real estate was made, seconded, and approved by roll-call vote. The clerk recorded seven ayes and no opposition, and the council left the public meeting for a private executive session. The chair said the public portion would simply adjourn after the executive session.
Ordinances: The only ordinance before council (listed in meeting materials as Ordinance 24Dash2049) received a first reading but was not adopted; council declined to invoke an emergency clause and advanced it only at first reading.
