Wells approves $3.33 million in warrants, accepts $5,000 anonymous donation to Founders Park

Separately, the board accepted multiple donations and bequests. Notable gifts included a $5,000 anonymous donation to the Founders Park Community Center, a $1,000 anonymous donation for the town fuel assistance program, and a $500 anonymous gift to the We Are Wells Fund. The board voted to accept the donations and to write thank-you letters to donors.
A board member who seconded the warrants motion recorded an abstention; staff will record the vote in the minutes and process the warrants and donor acknowledgements according to standard procedures.
