Mt. Healthy holds first readings on 2025 budget, compensation schedule and business-code amendment

Mt. Healthy City Council on Monday held first readings of several ordinances, including a new compensation schedule for elected and appointed officials, the citys 2025 appropriations ordinance and an amendment to the Mount Healthy Business Code aimed at clarifying rules for suites and tenant notifications.

Ordinance 204-254 was introduced to set compensation for elected and appointed officials and certain full-time and part-time city employees. The ordinance includes a pay schedule attachment; council treated the item as a first reading with no final action at this meeting.

Staff presented Ordinance 204-255, the appropriations ordinance for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2025.
