Mayor Denise Moody offered condolences to the family of longtime historical-society volunteer Penny Huber and announced Mount Healthy Arbor Day will be observed April 25 at noon, when two ginkgo trees will be planted "in recognition of the service" of Dr. Richard Longshore. Moody also previewed Mulberry Fest events planned for June 1 and June 8.
