Mount Healthy City Council voted to adopt Ordinance 25-2061, an amendment to sections of the city’s zoning code intended to add definitions and correct table alignments.
The ordinance text was presented to the council as a clarification: "Again, really just kind of clarifying things in the code. No really not really any changes. So just adding definitions, making sure the tables match with each other," a city staff member said during the presentation.
Mr. Redding moved to adopt the ordinance and Mr. Parsons seconded. A roll call vote recorded ayes from the members present; Miss Lingo was excused. Council did not debate substantive policy changes at length and staff characterized the measure as technical edits to ensure table and definition consistency.
The ordinance will be filed with the city clerk as adopted. No additional implementation steps were announced at the meeting.
