"Lola" moved to approve the consent agenda. The motion was recorded and carried on a roll-call vote; council members called in the affirmative when polled. The presiding official then introduced Agenda Item 2, a motion to approve the minutes of the Dec. 2, 2025 regular meeting. "Trent" moved the minutes be approved, "Stacy" seconded, and the motion passed on a roll-call vote.
When the public forum opened for non-agenda items, the presiding official asked for speakers and recorded that none came forward. The meeting proceeded to subsequent business after the formal approvals.
