Aiken also said Ubiquiti (internet service provider) has delayed permitting but has guaranteed service to Tierra Rosa and Legacy Ranch by July 26.
Move‑in and safety gating: several trustees pressed for exact move‑in timing; Aiken said access to new campuses for staff depends on final fire approvals (tentative dates were discussed for late July and early August). The board discussed traffic and striping near campuses — staff said the city had changed striping in an area and requested the district fund restriping (city estimate cited around $30,000) and that district crews may seek a better internal price and city permission to repaint the configuration.
Other actions and appointments passed that night included routine consent items, personnel approvals, an interlocal wastewater agreement for Legacy Ranch High School, and the appointment of Robert Gillis as principal of Rancho Sienna Elementary.
