MassDEP outlines audits, contact expectations and a path for additional ECSDC funding requests

Jacobs described a mechanism for additional funding in FY25: systems that have completed planning/design and are ready to move into construction may submit a new needs-assessment survey (available on the ECSDC website) to be considered for supplemental funding on a rolling basis. The ECSDC process will be followed if a needs survey is accepted, including confirmation by EPA, award letter issuance, contracting and so on.
Jacob's practical guidance: notify MassDEP of public/media events and any changes to primary contact information; include "ECSCC" in subject lines when emailing the program director to ensure messages are triaged correctly.
