The consent agenda encompassed minutes (including Nov. 10 regular and a November special meeting), advertising revenue and gifts, quarterly grants and treasury reports, a summary of claims for October, schedule of investments, revenue/expenditure reports, pay-rate adjustments for substitutes and part-time community education employees, personnel actions and additional FTEs. The agenda also included agreements for student teaching with Augsburg University, practicum agreements with LC Service Cooperative, memoranda of understanding on sick-leave conversion and a joint-powers agreement for Eagan High School’s activity center and related renovations.
Leah moved to approve the consent agenda and Robin seconded; the board approved it 7-0.
Rachel Hughes presented second reading of proposed middle and high school course revisions for 2026–27; the board approved the revisions unanimously after a motion by Robin and a second by Anna.

Robin moved and Jackie seconded the fee approval; the board voted 7-0 to adopt the changes.
All three votes were unanimous; no items were pulled from the consent agenda for separate discussion.
