Boise — At its regular meeting the Boise City Council received certified municipal election results from the Ada County Clerk's Office (informational only), approved consent items that included a contract for improvements and an irrigation pumping system at Alta Harris Park and acknowledged a Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation grant to support a free summer-bus program for youth.
The council also approved two subdivision plats: SUB-25-63 (State View Place), a five-lot subdivision at 10218 W. Shields Ave in an R-1C zone, and SUB-25-46, a one-lot subdivision at 8371 W. Salt Creek Drive to create a surface parking lot with 235 spaces for adjacent school campuses. Planning staff described required infrastructure improvements, landscape buffers, sidewalks and previously approved variances relevant to the projects.
Additionally, the council reappointed Julianne Donnelly Sewell to the Boise City Ada County Housing Authority for a four-year term; the reappointment was approved without objection. Clerk Jamie Heinserling read the certified election results into the record, citing Idaho State Code section 50-4-12; no action was required for the election results.
The meeting concluded after council action on other agenda items.
