Planning commission approves consent agenda including Abundant and Barnwood Village proposals

The Boise City Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve its consent agenda, endorsing a pair of items recommended by staff that together include a two-lot residential plat and a mixed-use subdivision proposal.

Commissioner Moore moved to "approve the consent agenda as constructed," and a second was recorded. After brief clarification about whether late arrivals could register opposition, the clerk called the roll; Danley, Moore, Schaefer, Deha, Torres, Dong, Stallings and Stefansek voted "Aye." The items on consent included SUB 25-71, Abundant Subdivision, a preliminary and final plat for a residential subdivision at 5100 West Bel Air Street described in the staff report as two buildable lots.
