The Millersville police chief reported the department handled 375 calls for service in October and documented staffing strains that required supervisory coverage of patrol shifts.
According to the chief’s report, the department logged 13 ordinance complaints (including animal-related incidents), four noise complaints, 12 criminal arrests (seven adults and five juveniles), 47 traffic violations and 13 vehicle accidents (three reportable).
