Rob moved to approve joining the litigation; Aaron seconded. Cindy led the roll call and the motion passed.
Board members did not request additional financial exposure beyond the counsel’s explanation that the district would not incur an out-of-pocket liability under the agreement presented. Administration framed the action as an option for the board to participate in a coordinated legal step rather than a required action.
