The Agoura Hills Planning Commission on Thursday left open a public hearing and continued action on a conditional use permit request to reclassify a property-held alcohol license at the Lakeland Aero Country Club.
Associate Planner Eric Wong told the commission the applicant is seeking to convert an existing Type 51 members-only license to a Type 41 to allow on-site beer and wine sales at an existing restaurant, pool cabana and event space, and is contemplating a future Type 47 that would include distilled spirits.
