Chester‑Upland SD gives December timeline for recovery plan, charter oversight and posts enrollment figures

Dr. Moline, an administrator, told the Chester‑Upland SD board on Nov. 19 that the district’s amended recovery plan is under review and that the administration will share more details, including proposed positions, in December.

The update said the charter‑school oversight office plan is also under review by the academic team and district leaders. "We look forward to being able to share more information about that soon," Dr. Moline said. The leadership team is preparing for budget discussions in early December for the 2026–27 school year.
