The Monroe County Plan Commission on November 1 approved changes to the Holland 3-Lot subdivision that let the built road remain at 26 feet and raised the developer’s performance guarantee to $20,777.88 to cover outstanding sidewalks, street trees and other public improvements.
Staff told commissioners the three-lot subdivision was recorded in July 2019 and still has unfinished public improvements, including sidewalks along South Walnut Street Pike, street trees and ADA-compliance issues at two driveways.
