An unidentified city official read the November election canvass for City of Bandera city council races and the council accepted the totals by verbal agreement.
The official said Tony Battle received 84 votes, Deanna McCabe 148, Cindy Coffey 34, Brett Hicks 89, John Tite Jr. 52, Debbie Breen 167 and Tammy Ott Morrow 153. The official reported 727 cast votes, 107 undervotes, one absentee ballot, 189 early votes and 88 election-day votes. The official also reported "a total ballots of 278" and 753 registered voters, yielding a turnout the official gave as "36.92%," which the official characterized as "terrible in my opinion." All figures are as read into the public record.
After the numbers were read, the official asked whether the council agreed to accept the canvass as presented. Council members verbally indicated agreement and the official declared the canvass complete; the transcript records no formal motion or roll-call vote on the canvass.
The official also noted for the record that council members Debbie Green, Lynn Palmer and Jeff Flowers were present. Two items listed on the agenda—the 2026–27 board of directors ballot for the Bandera Central Appraisal District and approval of "resolution 2025 0 3 7" for a GLOW Resilient Community grant application—were not acted on and were placed on the next meeting's agenda as stated by the official. The transcript does not record discussion, supporting documents, or a vote on those items at this meeting.
The meeting concluded after the official thanked attendees.
