Greene County reappoints key department heads and appoints Justin Keller as veteran service officer

"Justin has been working there for quite some time," Unidentified Speaker 1 said; the board moved and approved Justin Keller's appointment by voice vote. Richard Nichols later addressed the board and thanked commissioners for approving an office reorganization and denied rumors that he was retiring, saying, "I'm not retiring." He confirmed the veteran service office will remain in the annex and that Justin will assist in the office.
