Uintah County adopts county-wide fee schedule with changes to GRAMA policy, cemetery and park fees

Western Park and conference room rates were increased after a decade with incremental adjustments to rental and concession fees. The road department will add a cattle-guard installation fee of $5,750 per unit and a gate-permit fee of $50. The presenter said existing bookings would retain their previously agreed rates; the new fee schedule would apply to bookings on or after Jan. 2026 and takes effect 15 days after signature.
