The Kingman City Council on Dec. 2 approved several routine and policy items, including changes to animal limits in city code, acceptance of donations for parks and veterans memorials, schedule changes for advisory commissions and a notice of intent to consider new planning and polygraph fees.
On the consent agenda the council approved Resolution No. 5,585 accepting final plat improvement plans and financial assurances for Central Subdivision (Case SB25-003), a project that creates 84 residential lots on about 19.13 acres. One councilor declared a conflict of interest and said they would abstain from voting on that item.
