On the consent agenda the council approved Resolution No. 5,585 accepting final plat improvement plans and financial assurances for Central Subdivision (Case SB25-003), a project that creates 84 residential lots on about 19.13 acres. One councilor declared a conflict of interest and said they would abstain from voting on that item.
