Council approves library feasibility study and two-year police training agreement

Separately, Police Chief Moore asked the council to authorize a two-year agreement with Gracie Global LLC, dba Gracie University, to deliver a "train-the-trainer" program in defensive tactics and restraints known as SafeRAP. Chief Moore said the two instructors will train local trainers and that the initial two-year period carries no cost to the city; the agreement establishes licensing and training rights for the department.
