Titusville commission tables Tranquility development agreement until Jan. 7, 2026

No substantive debate on the substance of the agreement occurred at the Nov. 19 meeting; the item was removed from immediate consideration to allow additional review and notice.
The chair confirmed the motion carried and that the matter will return to the commission on Jan. 7, 2026 for further consideration.
