The Town of Babylon Rental Board on Dec. 25 approved a string of new and renewed rental permits and issued conditional extensions to several property owners to complete repairs by April 29.
Vice Chair Carla Bryant opened the hearing and read procedures, reminding applicants they must state their name and address on the record, will be sworn in, and that “the Rental Board shall have the right to rely on any information that is presented by the applicant” and may void approvals if submitted information is later found to be inaccurate.
