Cost and schedule: staff said the materials shown were 30,000-foot-level master plans and that no overall project numbers have been finalized; staff intends to involve a contractor early in design to identify cost-savings options. The building was planned for an approximate 30-year lifespan, and staff said they will return to the board every couple of months with updated details.
