- Ordinance 2025232: approval of the final contract invoice and escrow agreement from ODOT per the Local Public Agency (LPA) amended agreement for the reconfiguration of the US‑422/Harper Road interchange.
- Ordinance 2025233: acceptance of the final contract adjustment with CRS Metal Works Inc. for the water reclamation facility air-handler replacement project; the contract closeout amount was stated in council as $261,000.
- Ordinance 2025234: authorization for the mayor (or designee) to enter a job-creation grant agreement with RUPES USA under the job creation grant program.
- Ordinances 2025235–2025237: acceptance of donations, including a $500 gift from the Solon Benevolent Fund to support the police department’s Shop With a Cop event, and two $5,000 donations from the Swagelok Foundation — one designated for police and one for the fire department.
