In each case, the minutes record a motion and a second followed by a recorded voice vote; the court indicated "Motion carries" for each item.
During public comment, Daryl G. Mann updated the court on a coordinated county food drive and volunteer distribution plans; a written comment by Elizabeth Crawford about abortion and religious themes was read into the record by staff. The court acknowledged the speakers and closed the public comment period before proceeding to staff presentations.
The meeting adjourned shortly after the court recessed for a brief executive session to discuss contract negotiations and returned to open session to conclude agenda items.
