Winslow Township Board approves minutes, superintendent/business-administrator reports, personnel and moves to executive session
Summary
At its Dec. 10 meeting the board approved prior meeting minutes (one abstention), the superintendent's report, business-administrator/board-secretary report, personnel report and an addendum for middle-school repairs; the board entered executive session to discuss employment/transportation, litigation and attorney-client matters.
The Winslow Township Board of Education moved through routine approvals at its Dec. 10 meeting and recorded several roll-call votes.
The board approved minutes from the Nov. 25, 2025 regular meeting (one abstention by Mister Clark). The superintendent's report (pages cited by administration) was moved and approved by roll call with all present voting yes.
The business administrator/board secretary's report (pages 7–13) and the personnel report (pages 14–16) were similarly moved, seconded and approved by roll call votes. During discussion board members asked clarifying questions about capital projects and HVAC bids; administration confirmed HVAC work for schools 5 and 6 is scheduled with substantial completion estimated in August 2026.
On the addendum for middle-school repairs (see separate coverage), the board approved the requested expenditures and use of maintenance reserve for the uninsured portion. The board subsequently voted to enter executive session (~9:35 p.m.) to consider employment and transportation matters, closed litigation and attorney‑client privileged items; roll call approved the move to executive session.
