A motion to release the $300,000 surety was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The motion was identified in the meeting record as moved by Member Kane and seconded by Member Kinahan.
As‑built approval (175 Grove Street — Alliance Health): Planning staff certified the as‑built plans submitted by Alliance Health at 175 Grove Street, reporting that plantings and parking were installed as approved. The planning office holds a $5,000 as‑built surety. The board moved to approve the release / accept the as‑built certification; the meeting record shows the motion by Member Ken and second by Member Cain, and the board voted in favor.
Grading permit (60 Proctor Road): The board approved the draft decision for the grading permit application for 60 Proctor Road (file 25‑11) as presented by staff. The motion was moved by Member Kent, seconded by Member Kinahan, and approved by voice vote.
Continuation: The board received a written request to continue planning board file 25‑06 and voted to continue the application to the January 13 meeting (motion by Member Kane; second by Member Kent).
Special permit and site‑plan review (Scratch Golf LLC — Granite Plaza): The board closed the public hearing and approved the special permit to allow an indoor golf simulator facility in a 5,400‑square‑foot tenant space at Granite Plaza.
