"So in in regards to the County Of Colorado Block Grant, we're required to have, a certain number of required plans and we have to make sure that we take a look at those plans every so often, making sure that they're still meeting the standards required by HUD," McKinney said. She listed Section 504 accessibility requirements, citizen participation procedures, a residential anti-displacement and relocation plan, outreach to minority- and women-owned businesses (identified in the transcript as "NEDI WEDI"), and Section 3 compliance.
The chair identified the item as proposed Resolution 404 and asked for a motion; one commissioner moved and another seconded.
