Saint Mary's County PAB approves agenda, minutes and 2025 annual report

At its Dec. 18 meeting the Saint Mary's County Police Accountability Board unanimously approved the meeting agenda, the Nov. 20 minutes and ratified the board's 2025 annual report. Members were told the next PAB meeting will be Feb. 12, 2026.
The Saint Mary's County Police Accountability Board on Dec. 18 unanimously approved the submitted meeting agenda, accepted the minutes from its Nov. 20 meeting and ratified the board's 2025 annual report.
Chair Nick Cromwell called roll, confirmed a quorum and asked for a motion to approve the agenda; a motion and second were made and the board approved the agenda by unanimous show of hands. The board then moved to approve the Nov. 20 minutes, which were also approved unanimously. Later in the meeting members moved and seconded to approve the PAB's 2025 annual report; Cromwell said the report was ratified "as written" following another unanimous vote.
Before adjourning, Cromwell reminded members that the first 2026 meeting date had been changed and that the next meeting would be held Feb. 12, 2026, at the Potomac Building. With no further business the board moved to adjourn and left the meeting after a unanimous vote.
